The practice
How it works
What we do, which materials we use, and what you may notice, during the session and afterwards.
What Annadi does
Annadi guides you through a sound bowl session built around nervous system regulation. Not performance, not therapy, not a concert.
You arrive, settle, and are gently guided with breath and soft body-based practice. Then sound takes over: bowls and instruments that work through vibration and rhythm.
The aim is simple: help your system shift from alert toward recovery, so rest can feel safer in the body, not only as an idea in the mind.
Materials & instruments
We work with tools that speak to the body, not to the thinking mind.
What you may notice
Everyone responds differently. There is no right way to feel.
During the session
- Warmth, tingling or a sense of heaviness in the body
- Breath deepening without trying
- Thoughts slowing, wandering, or briefly falling quiet
- Emotion surfacing, or simply a flat, restful blankness
- Sound that seems to move through you rather than around you
Afterwards
- A softer, more grounded feeling in the hours that follow
- Deeper sleep that night, or a clearer next morning
- More space between stimulus and reaction
- Sometimes tiredness: the system catching up on rest
- Curiosity to practice again, like training, not a one-off fix

How a session unfolds
